When the COVID-19 pandemic spread worldwide in spring and summer 2020, tourist trips abroad were hardly possible. Governments all over the world installed strict hygiene regulations for their countries, the main aim of which was to have as few people as possible in the same place at the same time. Many countries even closed their borders completely.
That’s why I had to cancel my already booked trip to Norway. Instead, I did a little road trip through the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
